What these terms cover

Noire Lab is a creative production studio. We make ad creatives, video and motion design, promo landing pages and game art. These terms apply to every order, whether it is a single project or a subscription, unless we sign a separate agreement with you.

Orders and briefs

Work starts once the brief is agreed and the payment for it is received. We work from the brief you approve. If the task changes after the start, we agree the new scope, price and timing with you before continuing.

You are responsible for the materials you give us (logos, footage, texts, offers) and for having the right to use them.

Payment

Single projects start after a 50% prepayment; the remaining 50% is due before the final files are handed over. Subscriptions are paid in advance for the month and become active from the moment of payment.

Prices on this site are in US dollars. The payment method is agreed before the start.

Delivery times

A standard creative is delivered within 24 working hours from the moment the brief is accepted. Urgent tasks can be delivered within 12 working hours if you tell us in advance. Landing pages, game art and other larger projects follow the timeline agreed in the brief.

Time spent waiting for your materials or feedback is not counted.

Revisions

Each creative includes 3 free revisions of light or medium complexity. Further revisions, and changes that rebuild the structure of the work, are billed separately. A change of task after approval is a new order, not a revision.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions: if you cancel within the first week, we refund the value of the unused credits. After the first week we refund 50% of the value of the unused credits. Subscriptions cannot be paused. Details are on the subscription pages.

Single projects: if you cancel after the work has started, the part already done is paid for and the prepayment covers it.

Rights to the work

After full payment the final files are yours to use in your advertising and products. Working files, unused drafts and our internal tools and templates stay with us unless agreed otherwise.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio. If your project is confidential, tell us before the start and we will not publish it; we sign an NDA on request.

What we do not promise

We are responsible for the quality and timing of the creative work. We do not guarantee advertising results such as views, registrations, deposits or revenue: they depend on your offer, traffic and platform.

You are responsible for making sure the final materials meet the laws, licence conditions and advertising rules of the markets and platforms where you use them, including age restrictions. Give us your compliance wording and we will include it.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Tools we use

We use AI tools in production alongside design, motion and 3D software. A person on our team directs and checks every piece before it is delivered.
